In a straight line, Conciliazione is about 350 m from the museum and Cadorna about 0.4 to 0.5 km, an approximate figure. We did not read the walking times.

The museum is in Area C, so it advises public transport. Paid parking on blue lines is in Via Fratelli Ruffini, with free places for people with disabilities, and there are paid multi-storey car parks. Taxis wait at Via Ruffini 1, in front of the ticket office.
In a straight line, the museum is about 740 m from the centre of the Castello Sforzesco, 1.45 km from the Teatro alla Scala and 1.65 km from the Duomo. These are distances on the map, not walking times, which we have not measured.
The route is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The refectory has a tactile model of the painting, and the museum offers the guides “Museo per tutti” and DescriVedendo and an audio-video guide with sign language (LIS/ISL).
